Demi Lovato just got real about the time they revealed đồ sộ her parents that they are interested in women.

While Demi has become the ultimate bi icon over the past couple of years, they just revealed đồ sộ Andy Cohen on his radio show, Radio Andy, that they only ended up telling them about their sexuality when things were getting serious between them and a girl.

"I’m still figuring [my sexuality] out," Demi said. "I didn’t officially tell my parents that I saw myself ending up possibly with a woman until 2017. It was actually emotional, but really beautiful. After everything was done, I was lượt thích shaking and crying. I just felt overwhelmed. I have such incredible parents. They were ví supportive."

They ended up saying that while the experience was great, one parent was actually not surprised by the news.

"My dad was lượt thích, 'Yeah, obviously,'" they said. "He said lượt thích, "Hello, 'Cool for the Summer'." But my mom was the one that I was super nervous about," they revealed. "But she was lượt thích, 'I just want you đồ sộ be happy.' And that was ví beautiful and amazing. I’m ví grateful."

Demi also opened up about her future and possibly having kids soon, revealing that they're totally down đồ sộ having kids even without a partner.
